Zoom on-line guidelines

1.Create a Safe Space

Your space should be free of all obstruction. No sharp corners or breakable objects in your safe space. As a guide measure a minimum of 2 feet around your mat. You should ensure your mat is positioned on a level slip free ground.

2.Timekeeping

Please prepare your mat area before coming on-line and log in no less than 5 mins before the start of the class.

3.General

In the first 2 mins of the class starting, there will be a chance for the teacher to greet you all and for everyone to say hello to one another, after which all microphones will be muted (except for the teacher’s one!) to ensure a quiet & smooth running of the class.

You can choose to keep your video on- this may allow the teacher to see you and give you cue(s) to correct your posture.

If you are late (within 5 mins of the start of class), please ensure your microphone is muted when entering the class to avoid any background noise disruption. But keep your Audio on so that you can hear the teacher!

If you are experiencing signals problem, or technical issues with your device, try to log out and log-in again. The teacher will hear a sound prompting him to let you re-enter the class. If you are unable to re-join the class, we cannot be held liable for your service provider internet issues or devices problem such as battery running flat, or other issues which are beyond our control.
